How to install the desktop app
Follow these steps on each staff computer to set up and run the Safe Step desktop application.
- Click “Download App” above and save the file to your computer.
- Extract the file into a folder such as C:\SafeStep.
- Open the extracted folder and double-click the application to launch it.
- If prompted to install the .NET Desktop Runtime, install it using the button below, then reopen the app.
- Always sync before you start and sync after you finish working.
Download .NET Desktop Runtime
Required once per computer to run the desktop app.
